Where should i park?

We offer convenient parking options to make your visit as stress-free as possible. We have a FREE parking lot that is readily available off of both Cleveland Avenue and St. Clair. Along with additional street parking options directly in front of and within walking distance of the salon. If you have any questions before your appointment, feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to point you in the right direction.


What is the cancellation policy? What are payment options?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the reserved appointment time. We require a card to be kept on file upon booking.

We accept cash (however we do not keep any change at the salon), all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.


How long should i plan to be there for?

Appointment times vary depending on your service and desired results. Haircuts typically take 45–60 minutes, while color appointments can range anywhere from 2–5+ hours, especially for lived-in blondes, corrective color, or extension services.

If you’re unsure how much time to set aside, your stylist will provide an estimated appointment length during your consultation or booking process.
