Hey hey! I’m Syd! Your go-to stylist for effortless, low-maintenance hair that fits your real life.

As a busy mom myself, I know firsthand that not everyone wants to spend hours in the salon or be tied to a strict maintenance schedule. In fact, I only get my own hair done once or twice a year, which is exactly why I’ve built my business around creating beautiful, lived-in color and seamless grow-outs that look amazing long after you leave my chair.

My specialty is enhancing what you already have. I believe you were made perfectly as you are, and my job isn’t to change you - it’s to bring out your natural beauty in a way that feels authentic, effortless, and uniquely you. Whether you’re looking for soft dimensional color, low-maintenance blonding, gray blending, or a subtle refresh, we’ll create a customized plan that works with your hair, your lifestyle, and your goals.

When you sit in my chair, you can expect a laid-back, judgment-free experience where you feel heard, understood, and completely comfortable. I love educating my guests, creating realistic expectations, and helping you achieve results that not only look beautiful on appointment day but continue to look beautiful months later.

My favorite transformations aren’t always the most dramatic-they’re the ones that help my guests feel more confident, more themselves, and more at home in their own skin.

Hi!! My name is Maija! I joined Navina Hair Co. back in the fall of 2023 and I’ve been in love with this creative, inspiring space ever since. My favorite part of being a stylist is turning hair into art - using it as a medium to create something beautiful while connecting with amazing people along the way. I am truly so grateful.

I am passionate about all things hair, especially working with blondes and enhancing natural tones to bring out your best features. Whether you’re craving a soft brunette, bright blonde, rich red or a fresh layered cut, Im here to make your vision come to life.

When I am not behind the chair, you’ll find me behind the camera, traveling, reading or exploring new restaurants and antique shops with friends. Im a total extrovert, dog lover, and always on the go - but my favorite part of my day is getting to meet and connect with clients like you.

Hi, Im Linda. I have been in the hair industry for 40+ years and still love it as much as the day I started! I completed my training at the Horst Education Center and have been passionate about creating beautiful styles ever since.

Hair cutting is my true passion - whether it’s a short, chic style or a classic shoulder-length cut. My specialty is precision bobs, but I also enjoy coloring and highlighting to enhance each clients unique look. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved playing with hair and helping people feel their best.

When I am not behind the chair, you’ll find me in my garden - I have a huge one that keeps me busy all summer long and I just love it!

Hi y’all! Im Grace, I have been a stylist since December of 2020 and it has been a super exciting journey! I have always been deeply passionate about the hair industry - ever since I was young, I knew this was what I was meant to do.

Behind the chair, I specialize in all things blonding - from lived-in, natural looks to bright blonds, rich brunettes, vibrant coppers and everything in between. My goal is to create a customized look that fits your unique style, goals and lifestyle.

Hey I’m Montee! I’m 21 years old and have been in the hair biz for almost two years now. My niche? Color and cuts. But truth be told, I love it all. Working with all hair textures keeps me inspired.

Blonding may be my bread and butter (and maybe my love language), but give me a creative color or a big chop and I’m in my happy place. I thrive on transformations.

Now, I can’t say I always knew I’d end up doing hair but one impulsive decision that landed me in cosmetology school in Northeast Minneapolis changed my life and haven’t looked back since.  I was born and raised right here in St. Michael, Minnesota, and  recently moving to the cities gave me a whole new appreciation for this place. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably catch me in my apartment reading (I’m a certified homebody) or out trying new food spots with my homegirls.

The best part of this career? The people!!!!!! I live for making connections with my clients especially the ones who overshare- because same. My goal is to always be a safe space where you feel at home and make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in, can’t wait to have you.

Hi, I’m Sophie! I recently graduated from Aveda and officially began my career behind the chair, bringing my passion for hair and creativity to every guest who sits in my chair. I’ve been a part of the Navina team since March, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue growing, learning, and helping my guests feel confident and beautiful.

I specialize in blonding services and love creating bright, dimensional blondes as well as soft, lived-in color that grows out seamlessly and fits effortlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a sun-kissed blonde, a low-maintenance lived-in look, or a complete hair transformation, I enjoy working with each guest to create customized results that complement their features, personal style, and hair goals.

My favorite part of being a hairstylist is building connections with my guests and creating an experience where everyone feels comfortable, heard, and cared for. I believe beautiful hair starts with a great consultation, and I love helping my guests find a look that makes them feel their absolute best.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me enjoying an iced matcha, exploring a new hiking trail, spending time outdoors, or cuddling with my kitten. I love finding inspiration in everyday life and bringing that creativity into my work behind the chair.

Hi there! I’ve been having fun behind the chair for over 20 years! I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in 1999, where my love for hair color truly began. For the first decade of my career, I specialized in color — and that passion still shines through today. I especially love working with blondes and taking on new creative challenges that keep things fresh and exciting.

When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me hiking, traveling, or cooking with my husband and our two daughters — or cheering from the sidelines at my girls’ soccer games!

My clients and I share lots of laughs, great conversations, and stories about travel, food, and everyday life. I’m so grateful for each and every one of them.
